After 56-year-old Carolee Bilsten left a Joe’s Crab Shack restaurant without paying, police officer Jay Patrick went to her home to investigate. According to Patrick, the woman attacked him with “a rigid feminine pleasure device.” Bildsten, apparently no stranger to dining and dashing, was charged with aggravated assaul and thef of labor or serices.
